The bookends looked very nice in the pictures. They were purchased as a Christmas present and when opened they looked to be used.
One was in excellent condition but the other had a few scratches in the paint and a chip out of the back plus the felt on the bottom was worn right through in a few areas. I was very dissapointed with it’s condition.
The company was notified of the problem and they notified me that they received the complaint but have done nothing after 1 month of waiting, to resolve the issue.
