This is a really well made dr. who sonic screwdriver it looks exactly like the screwdriver he uses on the show. I like the flashing light and the invisible ink and pad it only cost me $13.00. it was on sale and was really good deal. I like this one better than the old one. I think it is well worth the price. IT will not be a waste of money. You will have alot of fun with this device
This Sonic Screwdriver is a must-have for Doctor Who fans. Ah yes, the sonic screwdriver. It’s the tool used by everyone’s favorite 900 year old time traveling kid, The Doctor. The Doctor is often seen handling this device throughout seasons -1-4.
This has been one of the better Doctor Who related purchases I’ve made. While I love the screen accurate full size replicas I get the most day to day use from the flashlight. It’s very sturdy because there are no moving parts aside from the on/off switch and is a petite size, about 2/3 size of the normal screwdriver, so you can take it anywhere. I am part of a theatre group and this has been invaluable as a backstage light during costume changes. The light is also surprisingly bright and I have used it during power outages or to search for cords in poorly lit areas.
I am looking forward to the expected release of the 11th doctor’s screwdriver in this style.
