This product is fine, Sharpens well and quickly. My dissatisfaction was more with customer service. I contacted them after feeling a little mislead. The description states “electrical” but does not come with a power cord. It does also run on batteries but that’s not what I was wanting. The ear was also broke when I received it which doesn’t affect the sharpener but when you pay over $20 for a pencil sharpener it should be intact. I made two attempts to contact customer service and didn’t ever get a response.

This thing is a piece of garbage, but my daughter loves it as she REALLY likes dogs.Otherwise I would have given it 1 star.Batteries dont last long at all but they do go in his rear end and my kid loves that for some reason.Go figure. There is an input for a power cord (not included) but just does not seem to work so you must use batteries. Here is the main problem. The actual sharpener is one of those tiny hand held ones you used to keep in your book-bag as a little kid.You put the pencil in the top of his head and the little sharpener spins inside his head. You dont get a very good point and most of the time it just stops, clogs or jams up.Not Recommended.
