…asked if I wanted the people in the background of the photo to be removed.
I answered “yes” to this and then about an hour later thought maybe I shouldn’t have done so because one of the people in the “background” was actually in front of my photo subject (part of another person’s arm was blocking the main subject and her beautiful dress). I kept thinking how weird the image would look with a partial arm in the photo. But, I thought it was too late to do anything and just let it be.
When I received by crystal photo, I was extremely surprised and pleased. The company had not only removed the background people but had also digitally removed what would have been an awkward floating arm in front of subject of the photo. They filled in the previous arm space with some appropriate shading and it’s like no one but my subject was in the photo to begin with.
FIVE STARS for reaching out to me and not letting my lapses become a blunder. They figured out the best option for the crystal photo on their own.

I got both the large landscape block and an ornament. I should have also got the light base for the cube, but overall this thing is absolutely fantastic and flawless!
I ordered it, and it arrived in less than 24 hours! It’s baffling how they design this thing, there’s no sign of any creases or seems in it. The block itself is heavy, this would definitely hurt if it was dropped on you.
As for the ornament, it came with a ribbon attached to hang it immediately.
I absolutely recommend it!
