Thought this would make a nice Christmas gift for my wife. I have bought her a number of pieces and they have all been wonderful. This has been a nightmare. It arrived broken (the star one of the bears is carrying was laying in the bottom of the box). But by this time the return window had closed. Only way to get it fixed is to take it to a local store – a couple of them said “repair” in the description. Nope. They search locally for the item and if it isnt in town, there is nothing they can do. They can send it off to get repaired which apparently takes six months. $200.00 for a broken figurine and nothing I can do about it except get some superglue and hope it works. In the future anything I buy I will check it before the return window closes.
