We got this for my niece for her 18th birthday. Her style is not very flashy, but we wanted to get her something nice for the milestone birthday. This is a very delicate, pretty bracelet. The way it tightens or loosens is very nice, makes it very adjustable without impacting its appearance. It had a very nice small gift bag/box which included a card and fit it perfectly.

My daughter loved this until it broke 2 months after she received it. She wore it daily but removed it for volleyball, showering, and sleeping. It broke at the section that has the sliding adjustment area.

UPDATE*** Wow!!! Talk about amazing customer service. Not only was I not expecting to hear from this seller regarding my issue but I was definitely not expecting a brand new bracelet with a hand written letter accompanying it showing up at my door today! I can not say how impressed I am. Thank you so much for this. I will never hesitate to purchase anything from your company again and will share this unexpected amazing customer service with everyone. I absolutely loved the bracelet which is for my granddaughters 18th birthday – very elegant and well made. My complaint is about the shipping/delivery as the piece was scheduled for delivery 3 days prior to her birthday and the delivery ended up being 2 days after her birthday. That was so disappointing. I’m not sure if that’s a vendor or Amazon issue, but it didn’t sit well with me.

My husband and I gifted this bracelet to our great niece for her 18th birthday. We do not live in the same state but I had the bracelet sent to our home so that I could inspect it and approve it before sending it to her. It is a very lovely bracelet and is nicely made. My only concern was how delicate and fragile it is. Care will have to be taken when putting it on and taking it off to be sure it doesn’t break. But, otherwise, we felt very comfortable giving it to her for her 18th birthday and hope she will wear it for many years to come.
