The wife got this for me to show off my age. They are very nice gifts especially for someone who has been around the block a few times like me. We collect beer glasses so this will be a great addition to the collection and specifically for me. The glass is well made and the stencils are good just like your standard 16 oz beer glasses. The bottle opening is a nice addition and cute with the year engraved on it. I’m looking forward to buying one of these when her featured year comes up.

This is a fun and whimsical gift even if it's for yourself
It's embossed nicely, but I wouldn't put it through the dishwasher
I don't even think I will use it as it's more of a keepsake than anything else
It has some really fun facts on the back that remind me how old I am ;-)
It comes with a bottle opener with the birth year,
however the embossing on the wooden handle is very faint

I bought this as a gift for a friend. The glass is great. I love that fun facts from 1959 that are printed on the reverse side. However, I am disappointed in the lack of quality in the printing on the bottle opener. The “Vintage 1959” is barely legible. You can hardly see it in the attached photo. It would have been a nice set for gift giving. I won’t include the opener in the gift.
I do not recommend buying this from this seller.
But then again, maybe the opener is the same for all sellers who offer this set. They probably buy it from the same manufacturer. 😆

This is a well made pint glass. Have ran it through the dishwasher several times with no problems. The printing on both sides is good quality. Also comes with a matching bottle opener. Cheers!

The glass was nice but the opener was worn and you could not read the 1959 at all. It was ok as a gift, a little embarrassing because of the quality of the opener.

I was looking for something like this for my son who is turning 21 soon. I was looking for something that would show the highlights from the year he was born. They have cards with all this info on it, but i knew that would get tossed after awhile. And what better than a great beer glass to commemorate such a big birthday to a guy. Nice quality glass, and a nice bottle cap remover. Cute set for a great price!
