This hand chainsaw is well made and easy to use. It gets the job done easily. I am a lady with arthritis in my hands, but am able to use this tool. It's includes everything but the oil to keep the tool lubricated. I researched and compared other makes, and found this one to be lightweight, without compromising its overall ease of use.
Additionally, the instructions are straightforward and clear.

all of the extras included shows honest consideration of the consumer's wishes. the attention to detail is outstanding. complete instructions were including. very functional saw that cuts well. the battery holds a charge for a long time also.

I used this mini chainsaw to cut down a medium sized tree. It goes through wood very easily and the battery lasts a long time. Was able to cut down the whole tree on one battery. With all that said, it overheats pretty quickly, stuff can get jammed in it, and it will leak oil if left to lay on its side.

This thing packs some power! It's easy to operate and comfortable in my hand. We have a lot of shrub oak on our property and this saw is great for trimming that and tree branches. I am enjoying using it. thanks!

Wow! Was i totally impressed after receiving this mini chainsaw. I opened the package and was pleasantly surprised to find a carry case containing all the items.......protective eye glasses, extra chain, tool, two batteries, gloves and chainsaw. I was disappointed that no chain oil was included. Thank goodness I had some on hand, so I was immediately able to get to
work.
This little thing is easily maneuvering, easy to use and a powerhouse. Very lightweight.
I easily hacked into my neighbor's annoying tree bush that hangs over my fence. See attached pictures.
Definitely a great purchase!!!! Battery life is awesome too.

I just got it delivered and it works like a champ…Hacking out 3″ honeysuckle, overground trees limbs and whatever else I could find. It is what it is…small, cheap, easy to use, and effective. I have a regular chainsaw and this is what I’ll reach for most of the time. Easy!

I used it to cut my palm tree branches, which I used to do with a pole chainsaw, and this was 10X more effective and easier to use. The only downside is that I’m left handed and the safety switch is for right handed use, it was a bit annoying, but got used to pressing the safety. It’s very light and veru small, but cuts incredibly well! Tons of power. The battery came fully charged, and if you can see the picture I did 2 palms that were very overgrown, by the time I was finished, 3 of the 4 lights were still on. I guess because it cuts through so fast, the battery seems to last longer! Only time will tell how long it will last.

Previous to buying this saw, I had another one that was similar that I loved. I had to return this saw because the charger stopped working after charging the batteries only once.

We have been doing cleanup of a garden area surrounding a 2-level patio that had been let go for over 15 years. We had been taking care of my elderly mother, and one of us had to stay inside with her. So, there wasn't much time for outdoor work other than the necessities.

I am a 5'2", 72 year old woman, and this saw has enabled me to accomplish tasks that my husband would previously have had to help me with. I have been able to remove unwanted bushes and trees and remove dead limbs from trees. Although I loved the power and ease of use of my previous saw, I like this saw even better.

This saw is every bit as powerful as the previous saw, but it has an automatic oiling system. The previous saw required oiling of the chain, but I had no clue how or when to do it. For this saw, you just need to add 20-30 cc's of oil to a reservoir and press a button a couple of time. Easy-peasy!! This saw is lightweight and so easy for me to accomplish tasks without my husband's help.

The only downside I can think of for this saw is that replacement batteries and the charger may be difficult to find if they should ever need to replaced. Since this chainsaw is not horribly expensive, replacing it would not be a huge investment if these items are not available.

UPDATE 08/22/24:
I have been using this saw quite a bit, and the only problem I have had is that the chain seems to be a bit wonky. After a few uses, it get loose and needs to be tightened. Since I try to be independent, I read the directions on how to tighten the chain. After a few attempts, I had to ask my husband how to do it. Having read the instructions, I would never have guessed the solution. The supplied instructions are not at all clear on how to correct problems. I still love this saw, and, now, know how to tighten the blade.

At this point, I would recommend this chain saw, and feel the automatic oiling system is a huge bonus. I will update this review if my opinion changes. I have added a couple of pictures of our patio garden to give you an idea of the task we have tackled. Most of these pictures were taken after cleanup.
