I bought this wine accessory gift set to present as a “White Elephant” — AKA “Secret Santa” — gift for our office Christmas party. I had received a similar gift from my brother several years ago and got a lot of pleasure and use from it for myself. I was curious what the response to this item would be. I hoped it would be well received, I did not know. The response from my co-worker was gushing praise for this set and what a brilliant gift idea this was. This was from a person who is not given to gushing praise for anything. In fact their general demeanor towards me has been somewhat reserved, to say the least. Their beaming smile and words of satisfaction were all the more sweet because of their normally reserved disposition. So I say that dollar for dollar this gift was worth its weight in gold in seeing how much pleasure the recipient expressed in receiving this gift. Unexpected praise is always welcome but especially in this case. The recipient was not the only one who expressed praise either, and my boss was also generous with his comments on what a great gift this was as well. So this turned out to be a real crowd pleaser. Who knew?

This item makes a great gift for anyone who enjoys wine! Because everything you need to open a wine bottle comes with it, you don’t really need anything else since it all sits in one place! Even after using it, the wine bottle (that the tools come in) makes a great piece of decoration on your shelf or wine bar.
