Tired of your aging loved ones complaining about their aches and wrinkles? Well, stop the whining and give them a dose of OldFartamins! This hilarious Funny Prank Pill Box with Sweets gift, packed with candy disguised as prescription pills, is guaranteed to make them laugh…or at least forget they’re getting older for a few minutes.
Think of it as a “youth” potion, except it’s just a funny pill bottle filled with jelly beans. It’s a perfect way to remind them that birthdays are just a number (and a good excuse for a sweet treat).
Let’s be honest, they’re already complaining about their “fuddy-duddyitis,” so why not ease the pain with some humor? OldFartamins tackles all the “symptoms” of aging with a hearty dose of laughter, proving that you’re only as old as you feel…and as funny as you dare to be!
So, the next time someone hits a “milestone” birthday, skip the boring gifts and give them OldFartamins. It’s the perfect prank present to remind them that even though they’re getting older, they can still laugh at themselves (and the inevitable march of time).

Box is tiny, looks bigger in pics. But perfect for a gag gift

Good value for money.

Daughter was not feeling well and I told her I got her some meds. She smiled and seemed to appreciate them. They come with a cute prescription bag and the candies are sealed in plastic inside the box.

Shame the jelly beans were not in blister packs

A great cheap and cheerful birthday gift, so many have asked for the link to this so that they can order too. And the sweets were lovely too, great value for money.

I love how cleverly designed the box is. It really looks like it’s a box for allergy meds or something like that — but it’s got cute messaging about getting well soon, etc.
The jelly beans (in a bag within the box) are quite good, much better than generic ones — more akin to Jelly Belly type taste but without the wildly exotic flavours.
The best thing of all was that they included a pharmacy-type bag. If you pop this box inside the bag and staple or fold it over, it really looks like you’ve just come from the pharmacy.
This is a great gift for somebody in the hospital, or anyone who is just feeling under the weather or generally down in the dumps. it made us smile and I bet it will make others do so too.

Great little gift option for cheering people up or as a get well soon sentiment.
The gift packaging was well designed, looking very much like an OTC box of medication that you would find on a drugstore shelf. The inclusion of the paper prescription bag was an unexpected bonus that really made it seem more authentic.
The jelly beans were very high quality, not like those generic/store brand style shown in the product images. They seemed almost identical to Jelly Belly’s in both taste and appearance, just without the logo.

This is a funny/ cute gift or prank. I gave it to my husband who was complaining of a headache and he did think it was funny.
Candy is basic and okay.

Great quality box with clever design – very realistic! Also came with a genuine looking pharmacy paper bag to add to the realism. Lots of Jelly Beans inside too!

I was a bit worried about it arriving all dinged up, but it arrived in another gift box with a ribbon printed on it. Thankfully, this isn’t like those other “prank” boxes that are empty. I like that there’s actually something inside someone will surely appreciate.I didn’t want to open up the box to try the jelly beans, but I’m sure they’re fine and I appreciate the fact that the company who made this , included nutritional information on the back of the box. A friend of mine has been pretty sick the past few years, and she can’t eat large quantities of food, but jelly beans are one of the few solids she can consume so this is perfect. On top of it, it came with a cute, little prescription bag, so there are multiple ways you can present this to anyone. I love it, and I’ll probably be back for more!

First, let me say this is a cute idea gift for any adult who might need a get-well gift, or an emotional pick-me-up after a bad day at work. The candies come sealed in a plastic bag and the “medicine” box is cute and looks like what you would find for most over the counter meds. The jelly beans themselves are sweet with no aftertaste since they are sugar based and not artificially sweetened. There also is a small paper bag to resemble the one you usually get fit needs in when you pick them up at the pharmacy. But here’s the problem…..I think this might send the wrong message to children if parents start handing them out to toddlers as a soother for a cut or scrape. Telling a child “here’s a pill to make your boo-boo better” might make a child think medicine is candy….it isn’t, nor should it be implied. This could lead to a disaster if a young child decides to go in the medicine cabinet and take a sweet tasting pill on their own and instead ends up with something lethal. Also, while a cute novelty idea, I find them over-priced.
