Instant heat after turning it on! The highest heat setting doesn’t feel too hot, it’s just right, relaxes tense shoulders away within minutes. It’s very soft and lightweight, no weird smells. The cable is quite long. Good price too!

I really appreciate how warm this shoulder heating pad gets. It definitely helps relax my aching muscles in my neck and shoulders and upper back. However, it’s annoying how short the cord is and where I use it, I have to cross the cord in front of me because of the position of my plug. If the cord was longer, it would help. Also, if I use it until it turns off, I can’t use it again right away. I have to unplug it and give it a few minutes before I can plug it back in and use it again. Otherwise, it’s not too bad.

I really enjoy using this because I can select how much heat I want. I do have a little trouble closing the snap on the front. It’s a plastic snap that for some reason is hard for me to close. Besides that, it’s great!

The Vekozi neck and shoulder heating pad met my expectations. Being weighted keeps the pad firmly down in place on and around the shoulders and neck. Having auto shut off comes in handy when called away to answer the door or being pulled away distracted asked to handle a task. The rim around the bottom of the heating pad is at times uncomfortable when sitting in an office chair but not totally uncomfortable.
I have used this heating pad for the past 5 months for back pain and ankle tendonitis at night but mostly I use the heating pad for warmth and neck stiffness in my basement office.

It is a bit loose so my husband put velcro on it so that it can be a bit more snug. I also wish it stayed heated for the time I set it on. It seem to stay heated for 45 minutes max, so I unplug and start it again.

I have neck and shoulder pain. This is so wonderful to put on my shoulders while sitting and watching tv at night. It’s so soft and relaxing and has different heat settings and a timer. Highly recommend!

This item is very soft and seems well made. The only problem for me is that it’s just too big. It would be great if they made it in a smaller size. I will have to return it.
