We bought this as a present from my newborn to my 3 year old and it was a hit! Perfect for meeting the new sibling in the hospital. It’s a little still advanced for him but he loves to be able to take pictures and videos with a little help. I love that you get printed photos and save the photos (included) microsd card. The photos are decent quality for the price of the camera. There’s also cute filtered/frames you can put on the photos. I would definitely recommend for other.

This kids’ toy camera is a great size, and the blue color is super cute. While it’s more of a toy than a real camera, it’s reasonably priced and offers some fun features. It can print photos on demand or store them for later, and it also includes filters and games, which my 7-year-old son loves. The photo print quality is poor—you can just make out what the photos are of—but it’s still enjoyable for a child. However, the photo printer paper is tricky to tear off, and my son often ends up ripping the photos. Despite this, he’s had a lot of fun with it!

Perfect gift! Easy to use for our 7 yo. Highly recommend!

This is a really fun kiddie cam, but also fun for grownups. It prints arcade-style black-and-white small prints, and you choose from two styles: dot matrix and smooth. Print quality is good when you have good lighting and medium contrast (i.e., not too dark, and no super bright areas in your picture). But the good part is each picture is stored on the microSD card so you can print color later on a real printer. I’ve tried all the other instant-print color cameras but they’re more expensive both for the hardware and for the paper, and 90% of the time the prints come out bad anyway, so it’s kind of nice to be able to print b&w instantly but still be able to select the best photos for real printing later.

I love this camera. It’s been so fun to take to social events. People love the novelty of printing the photo off and taking it with them. You have the option to print every photo you take or just save to the memory card, so if you run out of “film” just snap photos and print the keepers later.
This camera has a timer option, cute filters and multi-shot. It also has video, MP3 and games, but I’ve not really used those functions at all. The battery lasts a decent amount of time. I’ve had it a couple weeks now and I pull it out any opportunity I get and I’m still on the first full charge. The charging port is a USB-C and it will still take photos while charging. I tried it while hooked up to a battery pack. It comes with a 32gb micro SD card (which is more than enough space for the resolution of the photos) and three rolls of paper. If you print too many photos at once, it will overheat and pop up an error message, but I’ve only run into this issue once when I took a group photo then tried to print 8 copies of the photo back to back. Just snapping photos leisurely, I’ve not run into the issue.
Personally, I don’t think the print quality is terrible, but I also firmly understand it’s printing pictures on receipt paper so my bar is very low. They are grainy, black and white photos, but I personally find them very charming. I know the photos will eventually fade just due to the nature of thermal print paper, but I’ve been scanning the ones I really love. 🙂
Great camera for kids OR adults honestly and for the price of the camera and the paper? Can’t beat it. I have a instax mini and the price of each photo weighs heavily on my mind with every photo I take. With this camera, who cares if it turns out? Each roll of paper costs about a dollar and prints probably 100 photos. (bonus pointer, the prints fit very nicely into those plastic 35 stick gum purse packs. I had so many of them loose in my bag I had to find something to store them in an that worked perfect!)
I really can’t recommend this camera more to anyone with kids or anyone who wants cute but cheap novelty photos.

We got this adorable pink camera for our 4-year-old, and it’s been perfect! The size is just right for her little hands, and it’s super easy for her to use. She loves that it instantly prints out black-and-white photos right after she takes them—she’s thrilled every time! Plus, it’s become a fun part of our November routine. She’s been adding her printed snapshots to our family’s to-do list, and it’s such a joy to see her creativity blossom. Highly recommend for young photographers worth the money the clarity of the images is great for a 30 dollar camera for a toddler

This camera was easy to assemble when it came to the film and easy to set up to start taking pictures. The games were cute too, the only down side is that the camera only prints in black and white, which I didn’t know when I bought it. Also the quality of the images are grainy like the photos you got at Chuck E Cheese. So, it was cute and my nephew liked it, but it definitely isn’t the greatest for the price.

Christmas gift for a 4 year old arrived damaged. Protective film sticker placed over an already cracked screen. Disappointing experience

This thing is amazing for artistic photography. I have been having a ton of fun with it. The thermal prints are so much fun. The black and white photo is a thermal print I scanned on a flatbed scanner. The built in effects are fantastic. I have been having so much fun with the mirror effects. If you want a vintage look, set the photo resolution to 1 megapixel and shoot in black and white. Low res digital photos in black and white are great.
Unfortunately there is one problem with this camera. You can’t turn off the date and time stamp. But other than that, it’s fantastic if you want to get artsy. I love playing with cheap crappy low res cameras. This is another fantastic addition to my collection.
