I should have opened the box before I gave it to my granddaughter. The paint had turned to rubber. Luckily I had other paint to use. The pictures are day 3,4 and 5.

The project was fun to occupy the little one’s creative minds. My daughter loves unicorns, and she occupied herself for a full day painting the two unicorns, castles, and rainbow that the kit came with. All was perfect until we grew the seeds. It took about 3 days to see the grass come out, but started molding immediately. If we were supposed to keep the lid off or outdoors during this process, the instructions did NOT indicate so. Anyway, the grass grew about 1 inch EVERY day. We are at day 8 now, and I’ve been cutting about 1 inch off every day, with no end in sight. Is this thing is supposed to eventually stop growing? If not, add some maintenance remarks! I wanted to hook this up with the light for my daughter’s room, but was not expecting mold or a real plant that needs to be maintained. It was fun and pretty for a little while though …. My 6 years old literally said “why does it keep growing, it’s a rip-off mommy!”

my grandchildren did not care for this gift. But someone that likes to have a terrarium it would be ok

Overall I was happy about this but the paint was dried out so I was disappointed. My niece was unable to complete the project right away

We got this for a project for my little girl and I to do together, just something fun. I received it and the paints were all dried up but 1 was semi usable, so we used other paint we had already around the house. But my big issue is we followed instructions word for word, after completing the set up it was placed in a bay window that got plenty of sunlight. Within 4 to 5 days after getting it set up we go back to trim up the grass and add the lights an all the grass and terrarium is covered in mold. Even if I was to start all over I’d have to purchase more soil and seeds to be able to do so. If anyone can tell me how to contact the seller to let them know it would be greatly appreciated. We’re both disappointed we were looking forward to seeing it light up. Thanks.

It’s a little larger than I expected, but my nieces age 2 and 4 enjoyed it with help from the parents.
