Bought this for my hardworking boyfriend whose back always hurts. You can used it on a chair or the floor. Feels great from the neck to the legs. Heats up but not to hot. There are different speeds and motions. Easy to use

This was exactly what I was looking for- Great for lower back massage, neck, legs, and even on bottom of feet (with socks).
Would recommend!

Pros: It works great, and it is cheaper than a massage. It is portable and easy to use. Cons: After only 5 months of consistent daily use, for chronic pain, the mesh covering began to fray and tear. The gears also started to grind and slip. It only took a few days for the tear on the mesh to get bigger and it became too unsafe to use because, even when not on the heat option, it would cause “rug-like burns” on my skin from the friction created by the knobs that were no longer protected by the mesh. I even tried putting a piece of cloth over it during use, but this only caused the gears to bunch up the cloth. I tried to contact the seller but got no response. Conclusion: It was great until it wasn’t. It is a great product if you are only going to use it occasionally, but it won’t last long if using daily for chronic pain.

I’ve used it several times and put quite a bit of pressure on the knobs- it’s fantastic! I have disk disease in my neck vertebrae so it’s a life changer! Finds those knots and works at them lol. Mine is working fine so far! Excellent product! Heat function is very subtle. Super easy to use and there’s a power cord for the car!

Bought this for my husband before driving from the gulf coast of Florida/Alabama up to Virginia and DC. He has back and neck issues so it really came in handy during the long car ride. No issues with plug-in and length of cord is adequate to reach for the seat. Has a good strong massage so placement will matter if you have any tender points.
