I received this item as a Christmas gift from my spouse-I picked it out based on pictures, features, and reviews. I have serious neck and shoulder pain from fused vertebrae (not due to surgery). I like the fit on this pad and the settings-the timer works and the heat levels are nice. The set up with the cord and controller is fine and I like that the cord is plenty long. If it washes well, I will be completely pleased. Sometimes heat is necessary to alleviate the muscle tension and pain caused by my fused vertebrae. This does the job very well.

I bought this to use after neck surgery and per surgeon aftercare I can’t put heat on incision but can on all the surrounding muscles. So this cape works great. Even if I button it the heat doesn’t cover the front of my neck but it covers all of the surrounding muscles which have been in so much pain. This thing is a lifesaver.

This is a lightweight heater. This doesn’t get as warm as I was hoping, but it feels nice overall.

Honestly I have no idea why I wait to buy this Heating Pad. I use this every night, you can switch the timer, the heat level! Everything is perfect, also I can bring this to my office, definitely so convenient. Beautiful color and very comfortable.

I injured both of my shoulders by lifting some thing Way too heavy. The doctor suggested a heating pad for use during the month long recovery. This one seem to be made for my particular injury. It has proven to be most effective, covering my shoulders very well. It heats up quickly and is quite warm. I’ve never used it above the mid level heating function. I’ve used it frequently during the past month and have not had any problem with it. I even took it on a cruise. It definitely helps my stressed muscles. I would recommend.

I love this product. It works well and has decent weight. I wish it was a bit more weighted though. Also, the heat on full really isn’t hot enough to go through a t-shirt. I have to use it on bare skin to get real results. 😩

This heating pad is great! It is easy to use and the material is very soft like a furry puppy. For your upper body, it works well due to the collar and button to keep it in place. It also works on your lap or other areas that need heat. Fully recommend!
