Bought this and was so excited to get this set up after restyling my home office. I tested it upon arrival and the light lit up entirely with no signs of damage. Unfortunately I passed the return window by the time I was able to set this up and turn it on for an extended period of time. Once I hung the light, it was on for approximately 8 hours the first day. The second day I turned the light on and after a few hours noticed it was no longer lit. I tried changing outlets, turning on/off, etc but the light no longer works.

Super disappointed in the quality of this product and so bummed I have no option to return at this point.

Buyer beware. There are other similar products on Amazon from alternative sellers that may work better and be of higher quality. Unfortunately I liked the design of this one and now have a non-working sign. Hoping the seller makes this right.

The color is stunning and I appreciate that it is remote operated so you can easily adjust the brightness of the light! I hung mine up on my wall and it fits in perfectly with my flower wall decals! If you want one for yourself I would highly recommend it!

The letters and hearts also seem to not be as neat as pictured, either, but it is still super cute and worth the price. It’s relatively small, but fits my needs just fine. A high quality version can easily cost 2x as much as this one so for the price it is ok. It’s is very bright and has a nice little switch on the cord. The cord is a good length for display. It seems sturdy and well made despite everything.
