Very nice bracelet but how in the world do you adjust it? Do you remove the silver piece?

I bought this specific bracelet with a very specific message and it didn’t come correctly, it came with a completely different card and made it less special. The bracelet seems nice though.

I got this for my fiance because his favorite stone is tiger eye and he just loves it. I highly recommend to anyone who also loves the tiger eye stone its a really nice bracelet 😊
