Great fun project to do with my little kid. Lights are pretty bright for a night light but it’s still a cool light!

I wish the legs on bottom of the base were a little longer. Instructions it came with were very vague/basic.

I glued the dome to the wood base to keep the little pink/green stuff you add to make fake grass/moss from falling outside of the dome

I didn’t know what to do with the battery packs that were left hanging out, so I glued the 2 battery packs that attaches the lights inside to underneath the bottom of the base so they would be tucked away so aren’t hanging outside of the light. I made sure that if I need to change batteries in the future, that the door side of the battery packs will still open while battery packs base remained glued on. By putting the battery packs on the bottom, that’s where the legs on the bottom don’t reach past the battery packs. However, By gluing battery packs to the bottom of the base, not only did it tuck away the battery packs but it made it easier for my little kid to turn on and off & without it falling apart or stuff falling out of it. It would’ve been even cooler if it had a way to add a remote to the battery powered light switches. It would have been safer for little kids if the battery packs had a little screw added to the battery packs making it hard to quickly access batteries, so safety Fyi to parents, the batteries are easily removable so parental supervision needed and/or store on a higher shelf so kids can’t get to batteries.
