Update: the seller reached out and offered a redo or a refund. The issue was resolved with a refund as the recipient of the gift was fine keeping the original.
Very good quality, the glass didn’t come scratched or chipped. The pictures are all in the right spot and the colors look nice. My only problem was they messed up the custom writing. There were supposed to be 3 names, and they only put one on- but they spelled it wrong. The quality of the writing is very good it took a lot to take the name off. The glass does scratch easily to be careful of that. Other than that everything else is perfect, the colors are vibrant, the cord and stand are well made. Just wish the writing was correct.
