I have not used them. Giving as Christmas gifts to friends and teachers! They deserve calming effects in their personal time! Bible study group of people. It doesn’t matter if you are female or male. Even teenagers will like this!

I would absolutlely recommend this product.
They make great stocking stuffers or smaller item gifts.

I have discovered my everything shower requires these shower tabs.

I rarely write bad reviews but have to on this one. I was excited to get these at first as they were to be given as gifts. Each one is contained in a foil wrapper. They smell good while in the wrapper and do smell ok once opened. I tried out the watermelon and couldn’t smell it in the shower. Same with the citrus. The mint was slightly better smelling in shower as was the eucalyptus. Divided up the rest and gave as gifts. I received the same reactions/responses of disappointment and thoroughly apologized to gift recipients.

I opened the package to find no energy bag and instead 2 of the calm/lavender. I was planning to use the energy for early morning showers to wake up so I am disappointed. However, the lavender smells very nice!
