The magnet is not strong enough. I have another (different manufacturer) and it’s great. Catches the caps every time. This one misses most. The reason is that the magnet in this one is smaller – about half the size compared to the one that works. I’ll find a proper magnet, drill out the hole where it mounts and make it right. Pretty sure I won’t recommend this to anyone.

Love the bottle opener. The magnet that sticks to the refrigerator is strong and the bottle cap catcher area is very magnetic. It also comes with hardware in case you want to use it somewhere else. Great buy!

My husband always wanted a bottle opener on the wall but I never liked the idea of one on the wall. So this magnetic one is perfect! I was a little worried it would come off the fridge when you go to open a bottle, but NOPE – it stayed in place the entire time and even caught the bottle cap.

Magnet sticks well to the fridge, and catches bottles tops. Bought as a Father’s Day gift, parents love it. Also came with wall attachments if you don’t want to keep the item on the fridge.

It Sticks well to the refrigerator, and the hidden magnet catches the bottle top , instantly after it removes it, from the bottle! Also comes with a secondary bottle opener that we put up on the wall , in the garage.. excellent quality , and does exactly what it states it does!! Also looks beautiful!! So we are VERY VERY PLEASED , will this Father’s Day purchase!!! Thank you very much!!

Works exactly as advertized. Only downfall is it shows how many bottles you’ve downed before clearing off all the caps 🙂
