For the price ($8 at the time of ordering, $7 at the time the review), this is a good phone holder. The joints are nicely tensioned so, it holds the weight of a phone or small device without the holder bending/folding down. The finish and powder coating is good all around. There are 4 small pads to help protect your phone from scratches. I do wish there were 2 more pads on the bottom of the back plate to protect the bottom backside of your phone.
It does fold up decently for travel. It’s not completely flat. Once folded, it’s about twice the thickness of a standard iPhone. But other stands I have can only be folded into a ‘L’ shape. So this allows for a little easier packing. Overall, a nicely designed product at a good price point.

I bought it to use on the car dash but haven’t tried it yet. It will need something underneath it so it stays but it’s a hard plastic which I thought it would be soft plastic that wouldn’t slide so it’s a -1 because of that. Using it in the house is great so far but again I thought the fingers would be soft but there not. It does hold the phone good but only in one position so again -1

Needed a phone holder for my workstation, didn’t need a charger, normally not at the station long enough to deplete the battery. Found this one, gave it a try.
1. Its compact, and that is a big plus, the workstation has very limited space. So, it fits in nicely.
2. Rugged construction, the joints/pivot points look to be reinforced. Reduced wear and tear.
3. Solid, but not heavy. Thick Aluminum for this was good Idea, yet still light weight enough to put in your pocket if needed.
4. Holds the weight of a phone or a Tablet, I have an older tablet that I use from time to time, and it held it without collapsing. That is a plus, was not expecting this.
5. The only downside, and I mean the only one I could find, and that is why I can’t give it a 5-star review, is the Jaws where you place the phone. Laying the phone on its side is great, holds it perfectly, Setting the phone in the upright position, the phone will not fit into the jaws, they end up resting on them. So, it is not as stable as I would like.
If you need a non charging phone holder, I would consider this one.

Phone holder that folds for easy portability. With the base being quite small, I would not recommend this holder for tablets or larger/longer phones (such as an iPhone Plus). If the phone isn’t positioned to be closer to the front, the stand is more likely to tip backwards. For reference, the attached photos include an iPhone 13 (regular, NOT Plus model) on the phone holder.
Pros:
– Portable, lightweight, and easily adjustable.
– A gap on the ledge that the phone rests on allows room for a charging cable while viewing the device in portrait mode.
– Very sturdy and stable due to the rubber feet, which prevents the mount from slipping or scratching the surface/table.
Cons:
– Need to be cautious of tipping the stand backwards when the devices isn’t positioned far enough forwards.

Very good folding stand. I had some of their older ones which were bigger and thicker. This one is a downgrade. It’s much thinner and smaller. Definitely not what I was expecting, but does hold my controllers.

The phone holder is cute, and great if you don’t want to get a case or attachment so you can use your phone horizontally. It’s come in handy when I want to watch videos while I cook or listen to music quietly at my desk. Also, if you have issues, they’ll probably help you since their e-mail is buyerisgod, which is hilarious! Affordable and functional for sure.

I was looking for another cell phone holder so I can have my phone at a better angle when I’m working at my desk (instead of lying flat), and this one seemed like it could do the job. The cell phone stand is a bit small for my phone, and depending on the size of your own phone, you may have to wiggle and slide it around to find the sweet spot for resting your phone on the stand’s arms. The depth of the stand feels a bit lacking so it feels as if the hold on the phone is not secure enough, and this could have been fixed by having longer arms or a less steep angle on the back plate.
The height of the cell phone stand is not directly changeable, although you can adjust it slightly by tilting the phone backward or forward. However, if your phone is on the heavier side, it has a tendency to tilt backwards if the phone is placed at a shallow viewing angle, and eventually topple over.
I like how the stand can be folded when not in use, and you can toss it in your bag when you want to bring it along with you on your travels. However, it doesn’t perfectly fold flat, the arms and joints all protrude out of the folded stand’s main body, so this adds some bulk to it. I like the space between the arms that allow you to charge your phone when it’s in the vertical orientation. The four small rubber feet on the bottom help to prevent it from sliding around on the desk, which is also a much appreciated feature. It’s just not the best phone holder that one could buy, and it would be better to look elsewhere for a sturdier one.
