This cutting board came in a nice presentation – pink confetti paper – which I assume is meant to be given as a gift. It’s a nice sized board, not too big or small. The conversion chart is a plus and comes in handy. The board is bamboo, so it will need some care. Wash by hand and dry, use mineral oil to condition (not vegetable like the manufacturer suggests).

This cutting board has a nice message. It works fine as a cutting board, but it might be better as a decoration. I found it funny that a cutting board came with instructions.

Per the instructions, it can be used as a cutting board or a cookbook holder. If there is a stand that came with it to help with a cookbook holder function, I missed it and tossed the packaging. Oh well.

As a cutting board, it is fine. I do wish it had a juice groove.

This cutting board is more about the message than the use of a cutting board. Although, after a few steak blood stains get set into the thing, it would complete the message. :)

This cutting board with conversion chart was ordered as a housewarming gift for a new homeowner. It was extremely well received and came in a nice box ready for wrapping and gifting. The new homeowner loved it and plans to make use of it right away. Would be great given to new apartment dwellers or homeowners, or to kids moving out on their own for the first time. The bamboo makes it easy to clean and sturdy, and the printed on conversion chart is helpful when cooking or baking. Great gift item.

Pros:
– Provides quick access to common measurement conversions.
– Durable and eco-friendly bamboo material.
– Helps streamline cooking and baking processes.
– Doubles as a decorative kitchen accessory.

Cons:
– Really shouldnt be used for actual cutting
– Bamboo material requires regular maintenance to prevent damage.
– Not suitable for dishwasher cleaning.
– If used as functional cutting board, the printed information will wear off quickly.

This bamboo cutting board worked very well for me. It is much thinner than many cutting boards I have used over the years so that makes it lighter and easier to move around. I especially like that it has measurement and conversion charts right on the board. I use this as quick reference when creating meals. After many uses and washing, the board has held up and there is no warping, cracks or splintering of the material.

I gifted the bamboo cutting board to my granddaughter who is just starting to cook on her own. She absolutely loves it. She said the conversion chart has been very helpful. The board is easy to clean and easy to store. I would gift it again.

We’ve started replacing all of our plastic cutting boards with bamboo, so I’m always on the lookout for a unique option. Not only is this a good cutting board but it also has a TON of useful information on it. I get a lot of recipes from family in Italy and all of the temperatures are in Celsius, so it’s a lot easier to look at this cutting board then pull out my phone to use the calculator to do the conversion. I also cannot count the number of times my wife has asked me how many ounces are in a quart or a pint, so now we constantly have all of that information sitting right on the counter. The board itself is pretty thick, too, which makes me feel like it will be around for a long time (as long as we take proper care of it).
