This is made of a soft wood that was broken when we received it. There are 2 very narrow (think wooden barbeque skewers) that hold the rotating frame to the top and bottom of the frame. One of ours was snapped off, assuming during transport because the small broken piece was in the box on arrival.
Jennifer worked with us and corresponded often to work out a replacement of the product. She was on top of it, and concerned with helping us rectify the situation. No hassle at all! Thank you!
