The pajamas are not loose. They fit snugly but comfortably. They look fine, pretty. They’re super comfortable for sleeping. I bought a Medium thinking it would be a bit looser, but it fits like leggings, and the pants are quite short. I brought again in other colors

Packs well for travel, comfortable and good quality, I think the set is slightly small, you may want to size up.
