I’ve wanted a date night challenge game for awhile and I am so glad I came across this! This was exactly what I was looking for and it has been so fun to use with my partner. The date ideas are organized well to cater to your budget and activity level. It has been fun scratching them off to see what we are going to do that day. We have enjoyed playing this and will recommend to others!

We haven’t taken time to have dates since we had a baby a few years back. This was a fun way to bring that back into our week! I like that it tells you some clues about each card will contain (activity and price) so you can choose one that right for that evening. We’ve only done a couple and they were really fun and exciting. I love that there is a place to add a photo so we can add it to the card afterwards!

Pros: This takes all the guesswork out of what to do for date night, or to give your relationship some spontaneity. There is a very long legend to help you figure out what each symbol means before you scratch the cards. It lets you know how much money you may need for each event and you can add a photo to the back of the cards to make memories. Compared to other models, this is affordable and worth the money.

Cons: I didn't like that it had a strong acetone smell to it that lingers.

So far these cards seem to have ideas for everyone, that said, there are definitely going to be some that are not your cup of tea or that you may be unable to do (those with mobility issues might find some of the activity cards more difficult, or people with food restrictions may have to alter suggestions somewhat, etc). We really like that these have the price ranges marked in smaller increments ($0-15 vs <$25) it makes it easier to know whether we should plan the activity for a payday or can scrape together the funds from our saved funds. The titles might be a little more 'spoiler' than desired for some people (like we guessed 'Night of Bubbles' before we ever scratched off the card just from the title and icons, though we were surprised that it didn't include an icon that definitely applied). The back being a spot for a photo, note, and the date completed didn't really appeal to us much, we would prefer to use the front of the card as an "explanation" piece for the scrapbook page that might be made from it. A spot for notes to remind you of what you liked about it, or would do differently the next time you did that activity is good, and the date you did it, in case you want to scrapbook it... but we'd have preferred more lines for notes over the spot for a photo.
Since this didn't really give any ideas as to the types of dates/activities included in the description, I am posting some of the titles below (We haven't scratched all of these cards, so I can't tell you for certain what the activity is, so I wouldn't consider this a spoiler exactly, but this is your warning anyway).

There are many more, this is just a sampling to give you an idea of the types of dates included.

I know these are scratch cards, and I like the idea of "surprise" date ideas, but scratchers make a mess... I wish there was a better way to execute this idea as it is a really fun way to eliminate the hum-drum from date nights. We did like that they included scratcher "coins" as a part of this package though.

I ordered this because we are about to be empty nesters and need to get back to it being about us. Each scratch off says where, duration and $$. So excited to give these a try!

Fun set of ideas/activities to do together.
Pros:
– great quality cards
– comes with scratchers
– easy to scratch off with scratchers
– helpful tips legend is amazing (really helps determine which card will be a better fit for that moment)
– fun ideas/activities
– the back of the cards have a photo place holder (double sided tape included) – fun way to cherish the memories
– great value
– great size, not too small (where you can’t read the words) and not too big (where it’s hard to easily store the box)

Cons:
– None at the moment

Something to consider:
– ideas are board, meant to cater to everyone, so not every idea or activity will fit you or what you enjoy
– scratchers can make a mess, we just make sure we don’t scratch more than necessary and keep the peels on the card, so we can walk it over to the trash and wipe the peels off there. (No stars removed for this because it’s expected with scratch offs)
