its a real beautiful cup… the work is clean…. but it does feel a bit delicate …. feels like if it drops from a desk it will shatter into a million pieces… so just be careful with it ….

This is a incredibly beautiful and high quality cup. Bought it for my mum and she loves it so much. The glass is able to withstand boiling hot water! The base is solid to prevent cracking. This is a perfect gift for birthday, Anniversary, Valentine’s Day and Xmas! Your girlfriends, mum, mother-in-law, etc etc would love this!

It’s beautiful but…
We got this to see if it would be a good fit for our non-alcoholic bar/lounge, Free Spirited. Sadly, it is pretty fragile for that use. Why? It is a two-handed tap pot. The lid does not lock, so you have to hold the top on while you pour so it doesn’t fall off. The glass tea holder in the center is beautiful to see the tea leaves, but it is also an issue because it only has one hole on the side and the rest are on the very bottom to release the water into the teapot. That makes it hard to fill up and serve the tea. The glass also allows tea leaves into the tea you are serving (in case that’s a plus or minus for you). I guess I see why the metal center bits are so popular now.

It came very well protected and packed. 10/10. I would keep it if it was for home use. It is very pretty, and I could see it lasting a long time if cared for properly (no dishwasher). The handle doesn’t get hot either which is nice.

I am in the U.K. and my order arrived quickly and well packaged and pretty box too. I bought the tall friendship glass mug and the Awesome tall glass mug they came with spoon, lid, coaster and cleaning cloth – looks better than I expected actually quite stunning!!! Definitely worth the buy and great price for quality of the item
