The only thing is, because they are so flexible, it is quite tricky to sharpen them. Nice incentive for students.

As much as my students love them, they are difficult to sharpen and don’t write very well. Super fun for the kids though.

These pencils are awful. I’m not even giving them. They are made of a bendable plastic, which I expected, but I thought the bottom would be strong and thick enough to actually use as a pencil. I tested one to see if I could sharpen it, and it got stuck the my electric sharpener because it’s plastic. It didn’t sharpen correctly. I can’t have 23 kids trying to sharpen these. They are too skinny and flimsy to write with. Now I can’t even return them since I tested one out by sharpening it. Don’t waste your money. I never even leave reviews, but these were so bad I felt like I needed to save someone else from making this mistake.

They are much thinner than expected so finding a pencil sharpener that can be used is difficult. Sharpening ability makes this product very hard to use, but the kids enjoy bending them so they aren’t a complete waste.
