I’m in school for acupuncture and herbs, this has changed the way I’m able to recover from my jiu jitsu sessions at night to sitting all day studying and being in class. The only issue is battery life, I wish it was longer. But for home use, works just fine.

I wish it didn’t make so much noise the directions were kind of hard to understand other than that it’s fine i guess. I thought it would actually be a hand massager with different motions. It just compressed your hand I’m new to this so I’m assuming that’s what’s best.. I’m a hair braider and i use my hands everyday for a living let’s see how this makes my hands feel.

Very strong vibration! Keeps its charge well. Comes with several different tips that you can sub out with and a small paper saying what muscle groups the different ends work best for. Love it so far!
