The frame arrived with one side broken, split down the side, necessitating a makeshift fix with staples. The puzzle piece and heart in the center were made of pressed board, covered by a sticker for writing, but the dry erase marker provided turned out to be permanent, leading to irreversible mistakes when attempting to personalize it. Additionally, the inclusion of only three sticky dots to attach the puzzle piece and heart to what I believe is a whiteboard background felt insufficient and contributed to an overall cheap and tacky appearance. The product’s lack of durability and subpar presentation make it less than ideal for gifting, leaving me with a sense of dissatisfaction. Not worth the cost.
