The problem was when my husband went to wash his tumbler the print on it started to smear. No he did not put it in the dishwasher. He washed it by hand. He doesn’t believe in dishwashers when you have perfectly good hands to use to wash dishes. We actually have a dishwasher that has never been used. Anyway, I contacted the seller and informed them of what the problem was, and assured them that it never went into the dishwasher. They promptly sent it new one out. No hassle whatsoever. My husband is looking at which other tumblers they have. He would like to purchase another one at least. He said they deserve to sell another one to him for the great customer service we received. The 4 stars instead of 5 were for the print coming off in the first place.
