I bought this Topcee wearable blanket hooded sweatshirt because it has a full front zipper and does not need to go over my head. I found it to be extremely soft and deliciously warm in this cold, cold winter we are experiencing. I like having the attached hood to keep my neck and head warm and really like the ribbed cuffs so no cold air sneaks up the sleeves. There is no string to tighten the hood, but that hasn’t been a problem as if I want extra warmth on my head, I just slip on a knit cap and pull the hood up over the cap as there is room to do so. The hood stays in place and does not slip off the knit cap. The pockets are a good size and easy to slip your hands into. I haven’t washed it yet so can’t say how it stands up in the wash. I would recommend this wearable blanket and hope others get as much pleasure from it as I do! You will be able to turn your thermostat down a few degrees to save money and still be toasty warm!

The saying about things covering you like a blanket, providing warmth, safety and comfort, is so apt for this zippered “sweatshirt”! Because actual blankets can fall off if you’re not lying down, I have been desperately searching for years for a snuggie-like product without the hefty price tag to use while sitting at my computer desk for hours. And this item not only fits the bill for me but far exceeded my expectations!
It is VERY warm and so soft on your skin. Since winter has not yet arrived, at times it has provided a little too much warmth, which I have easily corrected by opening the full zippered front closure either just a little bit or all the way. Totally out of character for me, I am actually looking forward to those cold cold winter nights when I can pull the hood up over my head for added temperature control, zipper myself up and sit ever so comfortably and free from the chill of the season in my desk chair for the first time ever.
One of the best features, in my opinion, is that it is truly oversized. I am 5’6″ and 210 pounds and have the worst time finding things that fit properly if they are not specifically manufactured for plus-size women and especially when they are pictured on tiny, thin models. Disappointment with allegedly oversized apparel has been experienced more times than i can count. However, this wearable blanket is abundant in room even for me and my big butt.
Additional features that left me 100% satisfied were the two roomy, large pockets and the cuffed sleeves. Also, the length of this garment was excellent in that it extends down all the way to my knees when standing, so it does not drag along the floor which would not work out well for me. Being a bit of a klutz, I tend to trip over things without much effort, and with hardwood flooring all that would do is collect a lot of hair and dust. And, finally, the fleece lining thankfully does not shed. I purposely wore dark clothing under it so that I could see any and all particles to test for this specifically.
Just cannot say enough good things about this item and highly recommend it as a gift for both yourself and others!
