This eliptical machine has been great for my husband who is in a wheelchair. The only downside was on the foot plates. There is a lip at the toe but not at the heel so his feet slide off. I bought some Velcro straps to help keep his feet on the pedals and it works great. So far, so good. I hope it lasts for a long time.

Very quiet, no motor sound. Preprogrammed modes, or manual. A nice 30 minute workout for legs. My husband who has Parkinson’s did well. We prefer to wear thick socks rather than shoes. It has a remote if you need it. It does not have a pause feature so if you need to stop you have to start over. I can’t imagine having this in the work place as you do move quite a bit if you use the faster modes. Although you could use the manual feature.

First of all, the machine is already assembled, it only weighs about 8 pounds and it’s awesome. Ordered for my brother who is sick and has lost all his strength and his legs are very weak, which at present time, he’s unable to walk. We are hoping that this will help build some of his strength back.
