Bought these for a teen artist and he liked them a lot. Mind you teens don’t show much expression but he had a smile on. I checked them out before gifting them and the set was complete and very good quality. Good for the price! The variety of colors was great too.

Has a good assortment of pencils and other necessities but I was hoping for a book that teaches art as well.

Purchased for my son who is 8 years old Came exactly as pictured. Everything is of quality. Has everything an aspiring artist would need. He loves this little set. I’ve even used it myself for my college art classes.

Has everything you need to use for an Art class. The case is nice. It has a lot of pencils and tools in it. It heavy. We had to remove the sketch pad to take some weight off. Down falls for me was the sketch pad was relatively smaller than I expected and the kit didn’t have charcoal. My fault really I should of looked for the measurements and not the photo of the kit and sketch pad.

Good quality for the price. Great gift for any artist. The only thing I don’t like about it is there are sharp blades in the set. Make sure a parent is aware of that before giving to a child.

I'm a college student that just started my art program, and I was in a bind to find all the materials I need for my beginner drawing class. This starter kit literally has everything my professor asked for, and thensome.

Because this kit comes with so much variety and options, I have the opportunity to apply more of what I'm learning in my classes. It's an outstanding starter kit, for that reason alone. But the icing on the cake is the quality of the products in the kit. Everything in the bag feels and looks like they're sturdy and reliable.

Only issue is I feel a little dorky walking around with a thick pencil case that has bold print branding on the front of it. So if you're comfortable enough in your own skin for that, then this product is perfect for you. Especially if you're a beginner.
