This is a fun puzzle if is something you like. It feels well-made. Some puzzles are way too easy but some of them will keep you going for a long time. Good brain exercise for sure. The only thing I would change is the prize, $50 is a bit too much. I would have buy another one so I can keep one at the office and one at home, nut not fir that price. Other than that it is fun to have.

I love GiiKER Super Slide Puzzle Games as an adult and would recommend it to others. It has a retro feel. I have the colorful version rather than the monotone version I first saw on TikToc. It is well constructed, but it still a game. The puzzle pieces are hollow and lighter than I expected. The magnets that hold the pieces onto the board only work so well–gravity will take over if given the chance to do so. In my opinion, the biggest drawback is that there are extra pieces that are absolutely required as you move up in difficulty. As any parent knows, any game with loose pieces eventually means no game at all. At this price (almost $50), the game should have come with a case that holds the game board and all the extra pieces. I have it in a bag. It works. Also, the “home” location is the same for all 500 different initial setups. I don’t mind it, but it was not what I expected. I think it makes the game easier to solve after repeated playing than trying to move the big red square to random places on the board. The big red square always has to go to the same place, so you learn reusable patterns how to get it there. (My 5-year-old grandson quickly learned that he could remove the interfering pieces from the board and then move the big red square to the home spot to “win” without paying attention to the setup diagram. He was distressed when I told him that was cheating. He was just being logical and solving the problem!) I don’t know why, but the setup colors are blue when the rectangles are oriented vertically, but green when the same (blue in color) rectangles are oriented horizontally. I thought I lost some green pieces. The instructions explain this tersely.

I finally got to relax and try out my new toy before going to bed so i can go to work in the morning. My oldest came in my room and was asking about it and i showed him how to setup and play….lets just say it is no longer mine and now i have to buy another one. Hopefully my youngest doesnt get attached or this will be expensive.
