This truly is an amazing product and we are thrilled with the finished article.
What we found really amazing is the service. We ordered the item at just after 4pm on a Saturday and received an email at 8pm that evening that it had been dispatched. Predicted delivery was about 8 days but it actually arrived the following Wednesday. Superb service by both Artpix and Fedex.
Just one thing to be aware of if purchasing this as a gift. The light stand is fitted with a USB lead or 115v lead. If purchased for somebody who is not tech savy be sure to provide a 13amp/USB adapter plug.

Wow this is such a neat item for a present. The quality is so outstanding. It seriously looks so real like my son is shrunken down. Definitely captures the moment in time. The 3d is sooo real looking pictures cannot do it justice!!!

I really couldn’t believe how quickly this arrived. Within a handful of hours of ordering it, it had been dispatched from the workshop in Illinois. Four days later it was in my possession. Absolutely brilliant service. The finished etching is fantastic and I can’t wait to hand it over on birthdays morning, 17th August.
I bought the medium sized heart and I’m glad I did. For the extra I paid it was worth it. It arrived in a beautiful gift box.
I can recommend unreservedly. Our dogs will live on forever.

First off I couldn’t believe this showed up at my door 2 days after ordering. How they have a turnaround like that on something that’s customized and to your door in 2 days is beyond me. The etching itself looked good and I’m pretty happy with the product. It’s priced a bit high, in my opinion, but what’s not after Biden stole the election and wrecked the country.

Meine Freundin hat sich sehr gefreut. Habe es ihr zum Valentinstag geschenkt. Mit einem individuellen Foto von uns zwei wo wir uns beide küssen ist es eine sehr romantische Sache. Die auch in der Wohnung bleibt. Preislich war es zu der Zeit sehr teuer. Denke ca. 100€ habe ich dafür ausgegeben. Dann habe ich es mal günstiger gesichtet. 100€ ist schon sehr viel Geld aber das Material ist denke auch von Qualität und man kauft sowas schönes wohl nicht jede Woche.
