11/28 one day later, the company reached out to me and had already sent a new chiller to fix the previous packaging issue + damaged cooler. Props to Melanie for her incredible customer service and making my secret Santa gift a success. The quality of the chiller is THERE, it’s heavy and beautiful. Unfortunately Amazon dropped the ball on the packaging…. Kudos to Mel for fixing their issue!!! I will definitely remember that they helped me and will order from them in the future!

11/27/23 I wanted to love this, but the package arrived damaged and the top of the box is broken. It was for a secret Santa gift, and I’m not sure how I’ll gift it since the box is damaged. Also, the design on the inside looks cracked (see photo) and looks like something dripped down the side. It doesn’t come off when you wipe it. Wish it was better.

This is such a beautiful marble wine chiller. I know my friend is going to love. It looks so expensive and it will look great in her kitchen.

Great quality and size. It’s a heavy marble. I was so excited for this item to arrive until I saw the color in person. The online photo is very misleading. It says white but there is actually very few white on it and major grey instead. I was very disappointed 🙁

I like my red wines chilled at bit and was always bummed as it slowly warmed as it sat on the table near me. I bought this marble chiller in the hopes of extending the length of coolness and I was very pleased with the result. It’s real marble, so it’s quite heavy and solid. I put it in my fridge to chill it for reds, though if I were doing a white or a sparkling, I’d probably “charge” it in the freezer. I have a whole professional wino set up that this works well with. I set this chiller on the table next to me, open my bottle, and set it inside. I’ll place my wine pump/aerator in the bottle and then I don’t even have to pick up the bottle to pour! The chiller stays nicely cool for the duration of the bottle, though by the end of one, it’ll need to be recharged. I liked it so much, I bought one for my fellow wino-sister-in-law. She loves hers too and bought a second one for herself so she can rotate them in the fridge for those multiple bottle nights!
