My daughter finally got this put of the box from her birthday in April and it doesnt work. Connecting to our devices but not playing any sound. Lights do not work either. Very disappointed.

The speaker turns itself off randomly. Not often, but annoying all the same. Usually it’s 1-3 hours it just shuts off. Other times it stays on all day. Very wierd.
