Reading the reviews before buying, I thought they can’t be THAT painful (I have a high pain tolerance). They are painful…but in the best way! As they’re new I find wearing them in short bursts and wiggling my feet around really ease the tension in my feet and it feels great. Atm I’m not wearing more than 10 mins. Another revue mentioned they aren’t arched so they don’t hit the plantar fasciitis as much as hoped and I agree (1 star off for this) , but they also advised to push your weight onto your foot on a step – great tip!!! I do this on a level as high as my knee and do some slow lunges to wake those up at the same time. Really looking forward to long term use 🙂

Liked the shoe. Very tough to walk with these shoes. While wearing the bubbles did put pressure on the aching part of my feet. Seemed to help.

I purchased the brown sandals which is a ‘ stronger ‘ pressure on the feet.. the blue and grey ones are different colors but the blue and grey options is less stronger for pressure .. the brown sandals has small bumps on top of the knobs on the shoes in quite a few of the knobs…
if you want a more vigorous pressure I would recommend the brown one.. I have not tried the other ones so I can’t say the difference…. i felt comfortable wearing this with medium thick socks if I am walking around in them … but even sitting with your feet in the sandals under a table or while doing some online work,, it still gets its effect .. I honestly got used to it after wearing it a few days . I used it every day since I got them … and I find its easier to walk around without being bothered too much . I would not at all wear these to the store .. just because they can get painful . maybe after I get more used to wearing them I might be able to go to the store in them .. but time will tell . right now I wear them around the house .. I do have plantar fasciitis in my right foot .. I have a padding that I have to always have in my arch that I also wear with these sandals but I wear them with all my shoes including my sneakers … so if you have another apparatus that you usually wear for your feet they can be used simultaneously if they fit … I really enjoy knowing that I am stimulating my healing of the nerves and pathways to other parts of my body as well … I think I might try the shoes that have the actual stones next time …

Whenever I saw sandals or slip-ons like this I always thought “Why would anyone in their right mind spend their hard-earned money on these torture devices? I was well aware of the Accupressure Point therapy and knew it was of great benefits to many people suffering from all kinds of issues, but I would never even consider attempting to wear shoes like that. Well, I did finally reconsider it. As an 81-year-old 220 LB male with the past 50 years and still at present doing solo landscape work as my passion outside of my main 40-year 10 hour a day job, thousands of wheelbarrows of concrete, dirt, gravel, rock and placing thousands of up to 40LB concrete pavers along with all the Pick & Shovel work required for all of that has totally destroyed my feet. I have always loved hard physical labor and being outside but after 40 years of frequent Chiropractic adjustments to keep me going and the past two decades of suffering from almost totally numb foot neuropathy I decided to give these Byriver Accupressure sandals a try to see if was even possible to get some relief. WOW! After only 3 days of wearing them only for short periods of time in the evenings to get used to them, I can now wear them as long as I want with no pain or discomfort! They were only really severely painful for about the first 10 minutes after putting them on for the first time and getting better by the minute the longer I wore them. The UNEXPECTED BONUS is that now, for the first time in decades, I can walk bare, or stocking footed on a hard-surface floor without wanting to scream in pain! It was always like walking on sharp rocks! Even with reasonably comfortable shoes it was at times unbearable walking on any hard surfaces. I’ve Got My Life Back! I know this isn’t going to happen with probably most people but for the very reasonable price of only $23.99 (Prime Big Deal) you have nothing to lose and maybe like me just experience a miracle!

It was a thoughtful gift that turned out to be funny and nice. They are manual and when you walk that’s the massage. We assume they needed batteries but nope. Still keeping them.

I decided to give it a go as I experiencing a lot of pain with my Plantar Fibroma, 3 weeks in I no longer have any pain or lumps on the soles of my feet. It is a little painful to begin with but if you bare with it you get used to it (like someone else said on here, no pain no gain), i can walk around with them most of the day now with no pain but i did start with only 10 mins a day.

Some people said they couldn’t feel the pressure on the arch of their feet as it isn’t high enough in that area but I don’t have much of an arch and it was perfect for me, they probably didn’t make it higher so that it wouldn’t be too much for someone who has feet like me. I couldn’t recommend it more 10/10, these slippers saved me at lot of pain.

They also give you extra knobs which was nice and you can remove them and adjust them to wherever you want the pressure on your feet. the velcro also helps as i have wide feet so i didn’t have to worry about the fit, the length is true to size in my opinion.

I have peripheral neuropathy and I was hoping that these slippers would help. They actually do help a little bit, but I do mean a LITTLE bit. I used them as recommended by the manufacturer for about three weeks and didn’t think that I noticed much difference so I decided to return them and get my money back. I had only worn them in the house so they were spotless. But it took about a week for me to get around to actually returning them and in that week I noticed that my feet were getting worse again. So I canceled the return and started using the slippers again. The tingling and burning is still in my feet despite wearing them now everywhere I go, including outside. But the thing that bothers me the most is that in the two weeks that I’ve been wearing them now, after canceling the return, the soles of my feet still hurt a LOT. I know that the directions say that it will hurt a little while but even after I’ve had the slippers off for maybe an hour or so my heels are still hurting like they’ve been bruised. Now that the window has closed to return them, I will continue to wear them and hopefully they will do more good than harm. If I do notice a sizable improvement, I will come back and raise my star rating. Right now I’m keeping it at three because I’m kind of straddling the fence on how I feel about them.

Fit to size. Takes a while to get used to. Walk around in them at least 1 hour per day and while stationary at home/office.

I got these when I was feeling intense pain after my runs. I wore them over socks; socks did not help with the pain of the flipflops. The flops tenderized my foot something beautiful. Each step is pain, if you step wrong, bro pray.
The pain from strain I felt when running is gone, so it must have done its job, or my body did.

Looks well made, its easy to use, and fits well to the size it suggests. The coolest part of these flops is the nodes are all adjustable. You can take any of the bits that are too painful and adjust them with less painful nodes.
Just keep in mind as you remove one you are removing surface area, so if you were to remove all but one of the nodes, then where the node is will sink further into your foot.
