I thought they were a little too expensive, because they did not come in a gift box. $40.00 for two mugs is a little pricey when it is necessary to purchase a gift box, too.

On each corner of the bottom of the mugs, there’s what looks like maybe glue? Or plastic? And water gets in there. We can shake the mugs and hear water moving within them. A bit of an inconvenience, but they’re still cute.

I received my package (order) with the box intact and wrapped in tape. The cups I ordered were broken. I did not unwrap the bubble wrap from the cups, Because; I could hear the glass and see the broken pieces! Disappointed It was a gift that meant everything to my Christmas Gift for my friend in Louisiana. The website indicated I could not return my mugs. ????????

Mug came in pieces. Accidents happen, so I contacted customer service and told them. They immediately sent another one that came as fast as possible. It’s perfect and the customization is great. Definitely will order from here again.
