The cons:
Bulky/large, doesn't drape over sholuders and back well, so some spots don't get as much heat and relief.
The snap closure is difficult, especially with my current injury. Struggling to put it on while in pain is a real downer.

Pros:
The highest temperature setting is wonderful. Good temperature options.
Up to two hours on the timer.
Great pain relief
Washable

I’ve been struggling with frozen shoulder for months now and have been using a regular heating pad. Unfortunately, the shape of the heating pad makes it really difficult to heat both shoulders at the same time. This shoulder heating pad sits nicely around both shoulders – and your neck and back – and really helps with the pain.

I wish the sides went down a little longer on the arms, but it is so much better than a regular heating pad. It heats up very quickly and also has a timer just in case you happen to fall asleep!

I stress a ton and clench my teeth giving me constant tension in my shoulders and neck and causing awful migraine-like headaches daily. Before buying this I would need to use a disposable adhesive air activated neck and shoulder heating pad daily. I still do wear them at work because I often have to get up from my desk, but for home use this has SO many advantages:

PROS:
Adjustable heat levels
Fast to heat up
Timer that you can use or not
STAYS ATTACHED! (you don't sweat it off like the disposable ones)
Covers more surface area up the neck, across shoulders and down back
Good for people of different sizes - large on me but NP, works well
Less pollution than using disposable heat pads all the time so:
Ultimately less expensive, too, than buying the disposables
It does the job, relaxing my neck, shoulders & upper back and easing my headaches!

CONS:
While the cord is a decent length, you ARE attached to a power outlet, so:
Have to take it off when you move or go anywhere
Much more obvious to others than the disposables which mostly hide under clothes

In sum, I may have just talked myself into getting another one for the office and I wish it had an adapter to work in the car 😉

I bought this product for my mother who has problem with her shoulders and neck when she over does it in her job and around the house. The way it settles onto your anatomy and cups your neck and shoulders. Seems to really concentrate the heating in the right spot, especially for her issues. I highly recommend this product!

I have many issues with my spine and recently I have been suffering from neck problems for over a year. It is such an awkward spot so normal heating pads would not stay where I needed them to. This right here brings me so much relief. It is definitely worth the money. It has multiple settings. I use it a couple times a day.

Perfect for relief of tension and soreness in neck and shoulders. Soft material and a little weighted (2 lb.), which provides a small amount of pressure and helps keep it in place. Also has a snap at the front to hold it around your neck. Very good variety of heat level and timer settings with easy to use buttons. The cord arrangement doesn’t make a lot of sense, so I need an extension cord. But the default setting is great for me- medium heat for 1 hour. I’ll use it after work before bed, and it helps get rid of tension from the day and helps me sleep without soreness.

Works great. Timer and temperature settings are helpful. Suggestion might be to add extra snaps on the front yo allow for a more snug fit on smaller people.

Does not stay around the neck
