Got this for an older relative to be able to share and upload photos (and videos) from afar. The app lets anyone in the family who downloads it add pics to the frame (which also shows the time and weather, which is nice).

I had a Frameo and after about 2 yrs or so it started acting up. By the time I got to just over 3 yrs it completely failed; wouldn’t work AT ALL. So I bought this Uhale digital frame on a flash sale and was, at first, disappointed that it required a Uhale app (instead of Frameo). I’ve discovered that the Uhale app is SOOO much better! It allows me to load up to 50 photos at a time! Frameo only allows 10 (with the option to load 50 for a fee). The Uhale frame also lets me choose to have the photos/videos show in random sequence instead of in the order they were uploaded (this is not, to my knowledge, available on the Frameo app). Needless to say, I’m quite happy with this frame. If you’re trying to decide between Frameo and Uhale, go with this one, the Uhale. I’ve had it for a couple months so I can’t speak to glitches or any glitches or issues yet. It’s been perfect so far. I’m crossing my fingers that this one will last longer than 3 yrs.

My family all has Skylight digital frames, but when moving into our first apartment, it simply wasn’t in the budget. This product, however, is just as good as ones double, even triple the price! It has a great interface and the app makes it very easy to upload photos. It didn’t take much time at all to set up. The controls on the fame itself are very easy to use and customizable. It even plays videos! The screen is crisp, clear, and vibrant. Needless to say, we’re very pleased with our purchase. This definitely won’t be on the list of budget buys to replace when we have more money. In fact, this will be my go-to gift for the rest of the year!
