A full charge seems to only last for two 15 minute uses (timed auto shutoff). There is no indication that it needs charging other than a voice message when it’s time. I haven’t checked how long it takes to charge, the handbook says 2.5-3 hours. Sound volume is very low (even at the High setting) so when I use Bluetooth music I can barely hear it. The two built in music tracks are boring and repetitious. I usually leave music off because of this.
What I don’t like: The biggest problem I have is the long delay between pushing a button to change a setting; sometimes that can be over 5 seconds so if I’ve pressed a button too many times, after the delay, if the voice function is on, it will say A! B! C! steps as it cycles through its stages.
The are three buttons and you have to memorize what each button will do with a short or long press. Btw the buttons have no tactile feedback, and of course your eyes are closed, so finding the right button and “pressing” it the way you intend (without immediate feedback) can be a challenge. I swear, when I press the music button it sometimes will change the pressure (pressure button is below the music/volume button); maybe the headset is misinterpreting my press or I missed the music button.
What I like: I like the Heat and Pressure around the eyes and why I’ll keep this thing. It’s like when you have a headache and massage your temples. The Vibrator function works but I rarely use it; it seems jarring.
It is relaxing and I use it in bed just before sleep. It’s soft and conforms to the contours of my face using the adjustable band. Handbook instructions are clear and understandable in several languages.
