Love love this product. I use it for migraines and it pleasantly cools your whole head while adding pressure. My only complaint is that it warms up too quickly. I highly recommend placing it in a zip lock bag in your freezer so that it doesn’t pick up smells.

I needed this years ago, so much time lost when this is what I needed. I took it right out the plastic bag and put it on my head! It’s not frozen or heated but just PERFECT for relief! I can now feel it helping with my meds and when it’s not quite time to go get my Botox, Chiropractor adjustment or Acupuncture needles. My new and best medical assistant!!! Don’t wait if you need assistance. Very fast shipping!

This product works so well! I keep mine in a bag in the freezer so it’s always ready. It compresses the head which helps with the throbbing sensation along with the cold. I highly recommend!

I went overseas and needed an eye cover for the flight. Although TheraICE is used to treat heads aches, it proved excellent comfort. It blocked out all light, placed the right amount of pressure, and kept my hair from looking all wild woman.

This product does NOT get too cold which is something that I was nervous for. Some icepacks can start to hurt my skin due to it being super cold so I have to wrap it in paper towels. This product works exactly how it is advertised and works perfectly. It is very comfortable and soothing…I could fall asleep with it on.

Es muy cómodo, no se filtra absolutamente nada de luz, y se enfría muy rápido.

I wish it stayed cold longer. Get two (or more) so you can swap them out frequently when needed.

I would highly recommend this product vs other cheaper knock-offs. It is very well-made with thicker, comfortable material. The cooling gel is really neat and will stay cool for just the right amount of time! The TheraICE Pro is different from the regular version since it has extra padding for the eye/temple region, which helps it form nicely around the nose and stay in place better. The extra padding also applies extra pressure, which is great for headaches. In all, this is a great product and well worth the price!

I recently upgraded to this new ice mask after my old, cheaper ice mask finally gave out. Right off the bat, the quality of this new mask impressed me, although it did come with a noticeable chemical odor. Thankfully, this was a short-lived issue, disappearing after just a couple of uses.

A quick tip for fellow users: keep your ice mask in a ziplock bag in the freezer. This prevents it from picking up any unwanted freezer smells.

Now, let’s break down the pros and cons:

    Pros:

1.) Material Quality: The mask feels robust and premium, suggesting it will last much longer than my previous one.
2.) Full Head Coverage: Unlike my old mask that only cooled the front of my face, this one wraps around the entire head. This feature is a game-changer, offering enhanced comfort and improved circulation.

    Cons:
1.) Initial Chemical Smell: It’s worth noting the mask had a strong chemical odor when it first arrived, but this issue resolved itself quickly with a bit of airing out.
2.) Intensity of Cold: This mask gets significantly colder than others I’ve tried. At first, it was almost too cold for comfort. However, I found a simple solution: wrapping my face with paper towels before putting on the mask. This method creates a gentle barrier, allowing me to enjoy the cooling effects without discomfort.

In conclusion, despite the minor issues, I find this ice mask to be a great product. It’s well-made, effective, and offers a comprehensive cooling experience that I enjoy. I’d definitely recommend it to others and wouldn’t hesitate to repurchase it myself.

We call it my goober hat because it looks silly on but this thing is a lifesaver. It lives in my freezer when I’m not using it. Between the pressure and the cooling effect it’s a blessing when I’m waiting for my migraine meds to work. The only thing is when I first take it out I can’t put it on my eyes right away because it’s too cold for my eyeballs haha

I wanted to write a review to spare the next buyer from ruining their migraine hat like I did.

The hat has a smooth sleek fabric texture, a comfortable gel filling, and a slight snugness around the head when worn (that I found really enjoyable). It blocked out light well. When stored in the freezer and then placed on the head it was extremely cold. Even at room temperature it always feels a little cool to the touch, which I enjoyed. I slept like a baby with it on.

Two important things: 1. If you’re going to put it in a fridge or freezer make sure it is in a sealed bag. 2. It cannot be washed (other than spot treatment). The manufacturer does disclose this information, so I did not deduct rating points for this.

I made the mistake of putting my hat in the freezer without a bag and even though my freezer is fairly clean every odor in the freezer leeched into the hat. It stinks. I tried to wear it anyways and the weird stale freezer smell then got onto my sheets as I napped on them. It was at this time I realized the hat is advertised as only being wipe-clean. You are not supposed to submerge it. I wiped it and the smell remained, so I then decided to risk hand-washing it in a wash basin. The hat seemed to be in good condition afterwards, but the smell remained. At this point I decided that the smell was too unbearable and distracting so I had nothing to lose by putting it in the washing machine (with cold water). The washing machine made the fabric lose it’s tightness and made the gel filling become lumpy. And if that’s not enough, I can still somehow smell the faintest note of the freezer. I’m not sure that it’ll be usable in its current condition, but I will try.

I liked the product in theory. It was very comfortable and it did help with headaches. For my own preferences though I would have preferred a product that was more durable and washable, especially something that’s being placed against your skin that might collect oils, makeup remnants, and other dirt over time that you’d want to wash off.
