After searching several websites and shopping around I made the decision to purchase this backpack picnic cooler. It literally had everything I wanted to gift for a bridal shower. I added a bottle if wine and the bride to be just loved it! The blanket is soft on one side and seems water resistant in the other. I think the texture would be good on grass or dirt but sand might ruin it. The backpack itself has comfort straps plenty of storage and the cooler seems roomy and sufficient for a day trip. The utensils and serving plates are what you would expect lightweight plastic but if cared for properly should last. Very happy with my purchase
