Cute Kris bear holding a present and wearing a party hat. Great as a birthday gift. Nice size. It was actually larger than I anticipated. Very pleased.

Thought this would make a nice Christmas gift for my wife. I have bought her a number of pieces and they have all been wonderful. This has been a nightmare. It arrived broken (the star one of the bears is carrying was laying in the bottom of the box). But by this time the return window had closed. Only way to get it fixed is to take it to a local store – a couple of them said “repair” in the description. Nope. They search locally for the item and if it isnt in town, there is nothing they can do. They can send it off to get repaired which apparently takes six months. $200.00 for a broken figurine and nothing I can do about it except get some superglue and hope it works. In the future anything I buy I will check it before the return window closes.

So cute! Love the colors on the package, and the price was right. I called their customer service to inquire about other Swarovski figurines, they were very helpful and polite!

I like the design and the graftmanship but hate the defect. I bought the item as a gift to my cousin and planned to give her in person during her trip in my city but now failed as she has already backed to her country.

Orsetto Swarovski originale, perfetto. Arrivato integro, nella confezione originale. Unica differenza rispetto a un acquisto in negozio, è la mancanza del sacchettino di carta col sigillo, ma il prezzo è sicuramente più conveninente rispetto al negozio.
