Ordered this item as a birthday gift and it was loved! I opened the box to double-check everything and nothing was broken. I did notice that 2 of the stone coasters had come loose in transit BUT they use a foam cushion to help secure them into the top lid so that helped keep the glasses in the bottom half from getting damaged. Everything looked great and the box had a wonderful burnt woods smell from the burn engraving. I would highly recommend purchasing this again as a gift for anyone!

Got it for my dad for Father’s Day. He loved it!! He bragged about it for days! It came in a beautiful box so no need to gift wrap. Definitely well worth it! 👌 Now I have to find something next year to top this.

I purchased decanter set and the wooden BOX. Decanter set was fine, however, the box is flimsy, made out of light weight thin wood. They shipped the contents wrapped in small bubble pack with tight fit box.
The weight and glasses inside light wooden box can not withstand any dropping by a package carrier. The wooden box came with popped and bent latches that holds the lid. However, they shipped another one right away, swich was huge plus, since it was gift for the next day.

That said, I would recommend they use heavier bubble packs, wrapped two time inside larger shipping box. I think this will eliminate most of the damages.

The wooden box costs as much as the decanter set. The box a cheap box, but I guess inexpensive custom glassware makes up for it.

If it's for a gift, get the box. If it's for yourself, skip the box.

I got this gift for one of my friends who is a surgeon. He LOVED it. I recommend that if you are getting this as a gift for someone, then get the wooden box with it. The box created a lot of hype. It also included the engraving on it.. so all in all the order came out to be very pretty and giftable.

I purchased as a Father’s Day gift for my brother and he loved it. He loves our last name being on it. It is very regal. I will also be purchasing a set for myself in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised by the craftsmanship of this set. The box is a medium wood stain with good grooves for support. The Decanter and glasses are nice heavy glass and the etching came out superb. This will make a wonderful gift for my son graduating from the USCGA.
