Opened the package and had a full spoon of spice and you can certainly handle it. 10 min later I threw up. But it had pretty good flavour and a spicy kick to it.

I thought this hot sauce was all look but it packs a good punch. The hot sauce is savory and spicy. I used it on steak, pork chops, spaghetti, and more. It’s not a weak hot sauce like the store brands. If you can’t handles those hot sauce then this one is not for you, if you love spicy hot sauce then I would recommend it. Other hot sauces are just pure spicy unlike this one.

Perfect for the hot heads out there that are at the medium to high level of heat first start with lower ones before trying this one

The flavor is good when you take it in small doses. After a few minutes of eating food with this dripped on top the flavor leaves you and is replaced with raw heat however. Which is fine, it is a pretty hot sauce. The flavor is great and the heat is more than adequate. I just personally can’t use it the same way I would use a sauce in the 300k range. I’ll be a little less generous with my serving size next time but this is likely my go to bottle in the fridge this week either way

Idk if “extreme regret” is the right name for this.. it’s a good hot sauce about as hot as Dave’s insanity sauce but with better flavour but spice level it’s probably about half the strength of mad dog 357 if you’re looking for something extreme

The reaper sauce is sweet and tasty. It’s a very good taste but not something that should be eaten all the time cuz you might get tired of it. Ghost pepper and extreme regret kind of tasted like hot garbage. They both taste similar, between Tabasco and Jack in the box sweet and sour sauce. They could taste good in cooking or possibly with Chinese food. Extreme regret is probably the hottest of the three but not the hottest I’ve ever tasted. Four star because I didn’t think extreme regret and ghost pepper are worth the money but that’s my opinion. You could think it’s the best sauce you’ve ever had if you like the idea of a Tabasco and Jack in the box sweet and sour sauce with a slightly spicier kick.

Arrived well on time. Proffessional packaging and label design. This sauce is DEFINATELY worth it. NOT FOR THE WEAK OF PALATE. Very … I repeat…very hot. Tasting a q-tip dab caused me to have a sweating skull..tears…and reread the name on the label of “Regret”….over and over again.

I keep buying this sauce because I think it manages to capture the sorta-fruity, sorta-floral flavor that the Carolina Reaper is known for – for about a third of a second before it melts away your ability to taste it. It’s substantially better than most of the sauces I’ve tried that emphasize heat.
