Product doesn’t removed entirely her cramps. Also consider that her cramps are really strong, above average. But they do help reduce tremendously the pain as it vibrates and heat at the same time. Her words were that using both modes, vibration and heating really help with the pain.

It is a bit noisy, but not to strong. Like a silent phone vibrating on a table constantly. She doesn’t use it for sleeping I think instructions says you shouldn’t.

The charge will last probably 2hrs approximately. But every 30 mins it will turn off and you will have to turn it on and set it up again. I won’t say it bad, as it feels more like a safety precaution of the product so it doesn’t stay on if someone falls asleep.

It isn’t heavy to carry. The product came with a standard strap that can stretch or contract. My wife is M size and works for her. But sadly, I feel for bigger sizes it will start to fill tight.
