Love this cup, I use for my iced coffee and it stays cold for hours! Which is perfect because on busy days I don’t always have time to just sit and enjoy my coffee right away.

The key chain wasn’t in the box with the tumbler. Also, the included straw is too short to be used with the tumbler. Tumbler itself seems fine. It’s pretty and seems well made.. BTW the word Ass is written on the tumbler. UPDATED REVIEW: the seller responded promptly about my concerns. The straw is retractable and extends to desired length. Seller also sent a refund for the missing item. I would recommend this seller!
